- Enquiries. When you use a contact or quote form on this site we collect what you enter, usually your name, phone number, email address, address or town, and details of the work you need. Copies of form submissions are emailed to us and stored securely in the website’s database.
- Phone, email and messages. If you call, email or message us, we keep the details you give us so we can deal with your enquiry.
- Customers. If you go ahead with work, we keep your contact details, the property address, quotes, invoices, photos of the work and any guarantee details.
- Website usage. With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site (for example which pages are viewed, clicks and scrolling). Clarity uses cookies and may record anonymised session data. We do not use it to identify you.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry, visit the property and give you a quote: steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
- To carry out the work, invoice you and honour our workmanship guarantee: performance of a contract.
- To keep business, tax and accounting records: legal obligation.
- To understand and improve how our website works: consent, which you give or refuse through our cookie banner.
We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists. We will only contact you about your enquiry or the work we are doing for you.

Who we share it with

How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not go ahead: up to 2 years from our last contact.
- Customer and job records: for the length of any guarantee on the work, and at least six years for tax purposes.
