Contemporary smooth and silicone render finishes — a clean, modern look with low maintenance
If you want a more contemporary finish than traditional roughcast, modern render is the answer. Smooth and silicone render systems give a clean, flat, modern appearance that’s increasingly popular on both new and refurbished homes.
Silicone render in particular is through-coloured (so there’s no painting to redo), highly weather-resistant, and even self-cleaning to a degree — rain helps wash dirt away. It’s a low-maintenance, high-impact way to update a property.

It’s through-coloured so the colour runs all the way through (no painting), it’s flexible so it resists cracking, and it’s water-repellent and partly self-cleaning. It’s a premium, low-maintenance option.
